When you submit a domain to your Agari User portal, you will need to make sure the following are true:
- Ensure that you have an active DMARC record configured in DNS for your domain. That DMARC record should point to Agari for reporting, at least a monitor (p=none) level. If you need assistance on configuring a DMARC record, please review the following Link: Configuring DMARC
- We will perform reverse DNS Look-ups. We will need to confirm that the domain you are adding is in fact owned by your organization.
If your domain request is rejected or not approved, you will need to ensure that the above points are met and then resubmit. If you continue to experience issues, please reach out to Agari Support.
