Agari Customer Protect allows you to subscribe and create reports for any data we provide in the portal. Please review the following example provided to show how you can schedule and share reports within the portal.
For this example, I would like to create a report that provides me with information on what my DMARC trend looks like:
Go to Analyze > Email Traffic.
My first view in Email Traffic report shows me that I am looking at my DMARC trend. You can tell by the description at the top of the page as well as the left hand side under The Big Picture you can see What does my DMARC trend look like?. In the below the graph there is a Share button as well as a Schedule button.
Share button:
By choosing Share, You can send the current view of the data to yourself and others via email. You will have a list of users that are currently on the system. You will highlight the names of the people you would like to share this current view with. You have the option of including a link that the users can click on that leads them to the view themselves, PDF file of the view as well as CSV file of the current views information. There is a Notes section that allows you to include additional information to the users receiving the report. We provide a summary of information which will explain the Report Type, Domains associated with the information being reported, and a time frame for the report displayed:
If you are interested in scheduling reports to run, you will want to click on the Schedule button.
Schedule button:
The Schedule button will give you the same fields as the Share option such as: File type you would like the report to be generated as, summary of the report information being created, list of users to choose from that should receive this scheduled report:
One of the differences is you will see a Send drop down menu. This is where you schedule how often you would like this report to be auto generated:
You can locate your scheduled reports by going to: Configure > Reports.
