Did you forget your password? No need to worry. You can easily reset your password by clicking on the Forgot Password? link provided on the login page of the product.
Once you click the link, you will be taken to a page that requests your email address. You need to ensure you type in your email exactly as it is recorded in the system. My email is listed in all lower case, so I will add my email address in all lower case. This is case sensitive. Once you enter your email, click the Send Password Reset Email button:
Once you press the button you will be taken back to the home screen with the following notice:
It may take a few minutes to receive your email. Once you do, it will look like this (please note, different web browsers and email clients may display the information differently):
Clicking the link will take you back to the Agari portal where you can choose your new password.
If you do not receive your reset email after waiting a few minutes, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or submit a request via this website Agari Customer Success and select Submit a Ticket.
*Please note: for security reasons we will not allow the system to confirm whether an email address submitted for password reset actually exists in the system. So if you cannot remember your correct username (in the form of an email address on our system) the "You have been sent an email" message will not vary. If possible you should contact another user with an account on the Agari site, to ask them to help confirm your username.
