How do I ensure reports and alerts sent from the Brand Protection portal are delivered?

Due to the content and volume of messages sent from the Brand Protection (BP) portal, our messages maybe be flagged as suspicious by some firewalls and/or secure email gateway solutions.  To ensure delivery of the reports and alerts sent from the BP portal, it may be necessary to create a simple rule to Whitelist messages with the From Address of: no-reply@agari.com. This will allow for delivery of this information in a secure fashion.

The sender IP Address for the reports and alerts is: 198.2.132.180.  Although the IP Address can be used for whitelisting as well, it is strongly recommended that any firewall policies and/or secure email gateway solutions use the from address (no-reply@agari.com) and not the IP addresses. The IP address can change at any time without notification.
