When viewing the details of a message you will notice there is an option to submit feedback at the bottom-right of the page. This feedback report goes back to our Data Science (DS) team to review trends and help evaluate areas of focus for future work. By submitting feedback you are sharing with our data scientists new trends and observations in your organization. This information is used to better refine our data models, improving future message classification.
Note
Please note that when submitting feedback you should not expect a response. If you have immediate questions on why a message was scored a specific way, please reach out to our support team.
Types of feedback
Once you select the "Feedback" option at the bottom right a new popup will be displayed with the options to report as "Legitimate" or "Attack", and then to add any additional comments our DS team can read. The more details and context provided here in the comment section the better our team can understand the request.
What information do we collect?
When submitting a feedback report, the Agari DS team has access to just the headers displayed to you in the portal, the URIs detected, and other metadata. As Agari does not collect the body or attachments the DS team will not have access to these. If you feel we should have detected an issue based on something not displayed in the portal, please open a support case with the original .msg or .eml file.
