What steps should I take when my on-premises sensor will not update?

On occasion, you may attempt to update your Agari on-premises sensor via the web UI and the update gets stuck in Pending. If this happens the first step is to attempt an upgrade from the CLI of the sensor itself. To do this, push the first SSH into the sensor and then run the command "sudo /opt/agari/bin/agari-ep update".

1. SSH as the admin user to your sensor
   • ssh admin@192.168.1.1
2. sudo /opt/agari/bin/agari-ep update
   • This will ask you for your admin password again
3. The update should now proceed. If you encounter any errors please contact support@agari.com
