Problem identified: On March 31 2022, the Agari team determined that the Agari Phishing Defense (APD) ‘messages’ page was returning an HTTP 500 response, and Agari Phishing Response (APR) investigations that involved URL scanning returned an error state.
Root cause: Major version upgrade to an underlying infrastructure component for APD and APR resulted in a missing listener on port 443.
Fix validated: Remediation for APD confirmed on March 31 2022. Remediation for APR confirmed on April 4 2022.
